Shipping policy

Free shipping, always

We ship every order for free, no minimum spend required.

Where your order ships from

Araneko products are shipped directly from our fulfillment partner's warehouse via CJPacket. This lets us keep prices low and pass the savings on as free shipping.

Processing and delivery time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery to Australian addresses typically takes 5-14 business days, depending on your location.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it the whole way.

Customs and import charges

Orders are occasionally selected for customs inspection. In the rare event this happens, you may be responsible for any applicable duties or taxes, and your local post office may charge a small handling fee.
